NMR Targeted/Untargeted Analysis

NMR (targeted or untargeted) metabolomic analysis is useful for various types of samples: plasma, serum, urine, CSF, fecal matter, tissue, milk, wine, beer, juice, saliva, fruits, vegetables, cell media, cell lysate, and cells.

Cost per Sample:  Academic/Government: $50-$75 CAD; Industry: $65-$98 CAD (cost dependent on sample type and number of compounds; for sample type other than serum/plasma and fecal, this starts at $55 CAD per sample for acad/gov’t and $72 CAD for industry)

Matrices / Biosamples:  Plasma, Serum, Urine, CSF, Feces, Tissue, Milk, Wine, Beer, Juice, Saliva, Fruits, Vegetables, Cell Media, Cell Lysate, Cells

Volume Requirement:  200-300 uL; 50-100 mg

Species:  Humans, Crop Plants, Medicinal Plants, Mice, Rats, Livestock, Fish, Yeast, E. coli, Insects, Water, Soil, Raw Foods, Prepared Foods

Pathways: Amino acid metabolism, Fatty acid metabolism, Central carbon metabolism, Lipid metabolism, Urea Cycle, Redox Balance, Microbial metabolism, 1-Carbon metabolism

Compound Classes:  Alcohols, Amino acids, Sugars, Sugar alcohols, Organic acids, Biogenic amines, Co-factors, Vitamins, Nucleosides, Nucleotides

Number of Compounds:  Serum/Plasma: 60; Fecal: up to 63; General: 370

Note about Ordering:  Once you have added your choices to the cart and checked out, an email will be sent to you detailing your order. Next, we will contact you to clarify and confirm project details, upon which we will send you a statement of work, which will define the scope and total cost of your project and which will include further instructions, such as shipping of samples. Generally, after results and reporting, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. For some projects, there may be a down payment. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

The Wishart Node of The Metabolomics Innovation Centre can accommodate almost any request for metabolomic analysis. If you don’t see what you are looking for in our shop, or would like assistance to design a budget-friendly project, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
